These are resources that could be utilized while students are reading.
The Crucible Response Journal: I'm not sure if I'd use this specific resource because of the cost, but I'd definitely like to rip some ideas off from it. I think doing a response journal will help students early on make connections with characters and foster some analysis.
As You Like It MC: These would work for quick little quizzes to start class. Nothing major, but just some incentive to do the reading.
As You Like It Short Answer Essays: I could see starting class with these, too. Maybe they could be little journal prompts
Sense and Sensibility questions: There are MC, short answer and essay questions available to start classes or prompt discussion.
As You Like It Essay Prompts: Pretty straightforward. I love the wide variety, so maybe bringing them in towards the end?
Looking for Alaska Discussions Questions: The thing I really love about these questions is that they are fairly open ended. Students will not be able to give a one word answer, and I can see different interpretations emerging.
Ender's Games Quotes and Themes: Good resource for working through the text and analysis.
Ender's Game Hero's Journey: Great way to bring in a classic story that shows up again and again.
House on Mango Street Resources: A bunch of questions, prompts, handouts, and vocab
As I Lay Dying Resources: vocab, anticipation guide, analysis, etc.
War of the Worlds Resources: Another bookrags.com list. Lots of MC, short answer and essays.
